I want to tell you nft is trend now. Things which become trends are the true friend.

Recently a NFT has sold for $ 200.7 Million. So, I asked my mother that a monkey’s picture is being sold online. Would you like to buy it ? Not much, it’s only for $ 20.7 Million. She said that we already have one.

Actually she was surprised, that why should I buy a $20 Million thing from internet?

I was also surprised when I first time saw NFT value.

First, NFT stand for Non Fungible Tokens. It is the classic works of art, antiques, and other historical items are often sold at auctions with a receipt certifying that they are genuine. NFTs serve the same purpose but for digital items. They allow GIFs, videos, jpegs, mp3s, and just about any other file format to be certified as one-of-a-kind. This technology enables a new kind of “ownership” for digital files that wasn’t previously possible. Thanks to the blockchain, they come with a transparent transaction and pricing history visible to anyone with an internet connection.

You Might have many questions like Why is the buyer buying it on so expensive rates? And what will the buyer do after buying it? Who is creating? And how?

But after reading this guide you can create NFTs like Beeple, Damien Hirst NFTs.

Lets dive into it

Step 1: Create A Crypto wallet with Rainbow

There is tons of cryptocurrency wallet. But I’m personally using Rainbow app. It is available for both IOS and Android.

I’m using rainbow because I find this wallet to be super simple it’s where I got my start. You can also use this Rainbow app or you can use any other wallets(Meta Mask).

Step 2: Buy some Ethereum

You can buy some Etherium with Apple pay in this app.

First, you have to open the app and Create a account

Second, you have to set the amount to $100. This amount is enough to create your first nft.

Third, Complete your transaction

Congrats, You are now added some ETH to your account

Step 3 : Connect Your Crypto Wallet

After your crypto wallet is all set up  u are ready to actually link it to one of the nft marketplaces where you can buy, sell and create your own nfts so for this guide I’m going to show you how to do this on rarible. This is one of the most accessible nft marketplaces  

There’s no invite required and it’s very easy to get started. This is where I created my first NFT.

Click on Connect wallet button then it’ll take you to a screen where you have a  bunch of different wallet connections you’ll see here there’s like fortmatic, walletconnect, coinbase . As u have made crypto wallet on Rainbow so you have to click on WalletConnect

Congratulation, you have now created your rarible account.

Step 4: Turn Your Content Into an NFT and List For Auction

And Here you can buy or create NFTs.

So NFT can be anything it can be PNG or It can be JPEG or It can be Video or even it can be physical things

You can use Canva , Designrr to create an art

Now it’s time to turning the art into a nft

So First Click on Create Button

Now u have selections to make, do u want to meant this nft as one of one like the only version of this image that’s available on the blockchain that can be bought and sold or do you want to meet a few copies of it maybe  it’s one of ten maybe it’s one of seventy. In this example, I will opt for ‘Single’.

Now a new page will open like this ?

It is just like uploading a video on youtube. But It has some important things to be noted.

You can just click on Choose File button to upload the art. The Rarible accepts PNG, GIF, WEBP, MP4 and MP3 files, up to 30MB in size.

After Uploading, you have 3 option from which u can go with “Put On Sale“. In this option, buyer will do bid to get your art.

Next you have to add name and description. It is super simple. RIGHT? So coming to my favourite part ROYALTIES. I recommend to keep it 10 percent. Finally, there’s an optional field to add your file’s properties. With that complete, you’re almost done.

Step 5:  Paying the Gas fee to sell your NFT

The final step in learning how to create a NFT art is to click “Create Item“, and you’ll be invited to connect with your wallet to pay the listing fee. If you don’t have sufficient funds in your wallet, don’t worry: you won’t have to start again. Just click on the wallet icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and you’ll be given the option to add funds directly within Rarible.

This is not an end, but I think this is the beginning of your journey,

and you have to take risk and wait and see how much you get charged overall if you make a sale, and to hope that you still come out with a profit. The total charges after sale is not mentioned anywhere.
